LVC Conference & Event Services

Host your next event at LVC!

Lebanon Valley College is proud to host a wide range of events for campus groups, community partners, and external organizations. Whether you’re planning a meeting, conference, performance, or gathering, our scenic campus, modern facilities, and dedicated event support make LVC a great place to gather, collaborate, and celebrate.

Depending on who is hosting your event, support is provided by one of two campus offices:

  • Conference Services works with LVC faculty, staff, and student organizations to coordinate event bookings, assess and manage facilities needs and related logistics, and provide support for internal events across campus.
  • Event Services works with external partners and organizations to plan and execute events on campus. The team helps coordinate all aspects of event planning to ensure programs are well-organized, welcoming, and successful, while also managing campus spaces in a fair, efficient, and inclusive way.
